![]() Join I Resolve To® . . . Group members for the next 'Get In The Groove Chat ' on Tuesday, November 24, from 8:00 to 9:00 P.M. (ET) (in an effort to enable more folks from the west and midwest to participate). Come toot your horn a little bit about what has worked for you, what you have achieved, and what you would love to achieve in the remaining months of 2009! It's a wonderful time of the year to renew New Year Resolutions, make some new 'Get In The Groove For Fall' Resolutions, or take the I Resolve To . . . Challenge. Why not give it a go? I launched the I Resolve To . . . Challenge: 365 Resolutions For Health & Happiness as a tool for folks to use to get in the habit of taking small, daily steps toward achievment. Those small, daily steps could promote the kind of motivation and momentum that will launch you toward achieving a cherished dream that's been simmering on the backburner. Why not join me? The objective is very simple: Do at least one thing each and every day to promote health and happiness for 'YOU'. Banish the 'Someday, Someday, Someday Syndrome'. Instead, make every day New Year's Day. Make every day count. The list of possibilities is infinite and can be tailored to your own interests and things you like to do, and ultimately, your long-held dreams. Some days, rather than just one step - you may get really inspired and take 5, 10, 20, or 30 steps toward health and happiness. Write them down, keep a record, and celebrate your accomplishments. If you need some help - a little nudge, a bit of inspiration, tips, advice, and news about the best ways to make resolutions a reality - please use the I Resolve To . . . We're just a few months from the New Year and I'm already working on my main resolutions. Why not join me in brainstorming and planning for meaningful resolutions that we can carry right through the New Year and make permanent in our lives? Rather than choosing a list of things that I hate about myself (and want to change), I tend to build my resolutions around positive things that I love to do (and in turn 'will do). The positive momentum from those accomplishments, helps to build momentum toward some of the harder 'To Do's'. ;)
